Ductile iron manhole covers  are mainly used in deep wells and sewer outlets on urban roads to prevent danger to pedestrians or motor vehicles passing through. Regular inspections are required during the application of Manhole Covers. Its characteristics are as follows:

1. This manhole cover can effectively improve the physical properties of cast iron, with excellent plasticity and toughness, and higher strength than carbon steel.

2. The connection of the manhole cover is equipped with anti-theft function to prevent theft of the manhole cover, which may cause danger and unnecessary losses.

3. The corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance exceed those of cast steel products, with a long service life.

4. The material and manufacturing process are incomparable to ordinary manhole covers, and each manhole cover has been carefully designed, manufactured, and produced.

5. Low noise, the contact and interlocking surface between the manhole cover and the well ring directly acts on the T-shaped rubber strip, reducing noise through elasticity and rigidity.

6. Anti slip is safer, and a 3mm protruding pattern is used on the surface of the manhole cover to provide good anti slip effect.

7. It can prevent the displacement of ductile iron manhole cover, and reserve 4 rivet bolt holes in the well ring, evenly distributed at 90 degrees. Each set uses 4 ground anchor bolts to prevent displacement caused by mechanical rolling during road construction.
